What is Withdrawal Preset in Client Portal?
A Withdrawal Preset consists of pre-defined settings or configurations used during withdrawals to save time and streamline workflows. This feature allows clients to quickly apply settings without manually adjusting each section in the Withdrawal section. By saving preset, clients can conveniently reuse their saved details, making future transactions faster and easier without having to re-enter information.
How Can I Set Up The Withdrawal Preset in Client Portal?

- Select the Withdraw Option: Within the Funds section, find and select “Withdraw”.
- Fill in the Withdrawal Details: Start by filling in all the required details for the withdrawal. Follow the steps below based on the currency you have chosen:
- Withdraw in Fiat Money (USD, VND, MYR, INR, PHP, etc.)
- Choose Currency: Select the currency you want to withdraw from and to for the transaction.
- Select Payment Method: Choose the payment method you would like to use to withdraw.
- Insert Amount: Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the “To Pay” section, and the system will automatically calculate the amount you will receive in the Fiat money you’ve chosen in the “To Get” section.
- Insert Bank Details: Fill in the required withdraw details, such as “Beneficiary Name”, “Bank IBAN/Account Number”, “Bank Name”, and “SWIFT Code”.
- Withdraw in Cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, LTC, etc.)
- Choose Currency: Select the currency you want to withdraw from and to for the transaction.
- Select Payment Method: Choose the payment method you would like to use to withdraw.
- Insert Amount: Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the “To Pay” section, and the system will automatically calculate the amount you will receive in the cryptocurrency you’ve chosen in the “To Get” section.
- Insert Wallet Address: Fill in the required information in the “Wallet Address” section. If you have any additional comments, please enter them in the “Comment” section.
- Withdraw in Fiat Money (USD, VND, MYR, INR, PHP, etc.)
- Save Preset: After filling in all the details for withdrawal in the steps above, you’ll see a clickable “Save Preset” button. Click it, and you can rename the preset for future reference. Finally, click “Send Request”. ( Note: In the old User Interface (UI), the “Save Preset” button is labelled as “Save Details”, and the “Send Request” button is labelled as “Proceed”. )
- Preset is Created: The preset has been successfully created. You can follow steps 1 to 3, then find the “Presets” button above the “Payment Method” section, select your saved preset, and click “Use Preset”. The system will automatically adjust the sections that need to be filled based on your saved preset.
Note: In the old User Interface (UI), the “Withdrawal Presets” feature is labelled as “Saved Withdrawals”. To find the “Saved Withdrawals” option in the old UI, look for it above the “Wallet Address” section.
Note: Once the preset is created, you’ll need to click the “Presets” button and choose the preset each time you want to make a withdrawal, allowing the system to automatically generate the saved preset.
Can I Save More Than One Withdrawal Preset?
Yes, you can create and save more than one preset. Whenever you want to make a withdrawal, you can select a preset from the list in the “Presets” button above the “Payment Method” section in the new UI, or from the “Saved Withdrawals” option above the “Wallet Address” section in the old UI. Then, click “Use Preset”.
Can I Edit the Information from the Saved Withdrawal Presets?
Yes, you can edit the information from the presets you have already saved by clicking the “Edit” button inside the “Presets” tab.
Can I Remove Unused Withdrawal Presets from My Preset List?
Yes, you can remove any saved presets from your list by clicking the “Delete” button inside the “Presets” tab.
