You can change your password for your Client Profile on QuoMarkets by accessing the Profile section.
Once logged in to my.quomarkets.com, you’ll see your Profile options in the upper right corner of the page (represented by a circle with your initials). Click on it, and from the dropdown menu, choose the Security option.
Within this section, you’ll find the option to Change password for your QuoMarkets Profile, along with other security measures including Two-Factor Authentication and Withdrawal Wallet Whitelist.
If you’ve lost access to your QuoMarkets Profile and need to retrieve your password while attempting to log in, you can utilize the “Forgot your password?” option.
Resetting your password in this manner will prompt an additional step of confirming with a 2FA email code. Please ensure that you provide the code promptly.
